Nikola Tesla Memorial Center
An entire museum dedicated to the world-famous inventor of alternating current (AC) and physicist Nikola Tesla, who was born in the village of Smiljan. Walkthrough his birthplace, which has been turned into a memorial center, and learn more about the life of this great genius and his many inventions.
The museum lets you experience Tesla’s life and his homeland. You can feel the atmosphere of the time and place where one of the greatest inventors in the history of mankind took his first steps towards achievements that literally changed the whole world.

Must visit. It is not that it is a huge museum and you can spend a whole day there but how can you be in Croatia and not visit the place where Tesla grew up .. you can see and hear about his inventions there and experience the place... From that house, Tesla was jumping from the roof carrying umbrella and trying to fly.
